Custom Order Enquiries
For custom 3D printing, please email custom@kutie.studio and share the following details:
- Product idea or reference image
- Required size
- Preferred colour
- Quantity
- Delivery city and pincode
- STL, 3MF, OBJ, STEP, or other 3D file, if available
We usually review custom requests and reply with an estimated price and timeline. Custom orders are confirmed only after the design, price, and timeline are approved by both sides.

We aim to acknowledge customer complaints within 48 hours and work towards resolving them within 30 days from the date of receipt, subject to the nature of the issue and information provided by the customer.
